STEP 1 Combine the flour and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the milk and water gradually to combine. Mix in the salt and spread until smooth.

Step 2Preheat a lightly oiled cast iron pan or iron over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter into the frying pan, roughly 1/4 cup per pancake. Tilt the dish in a circular motion to properly distribute the batter.

STEP 3 Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the crepe’s base is faintly brown. Release with a spatula, then flip and cook the other side. Serve immediately.
