MEATLOAF ON THE STOVE

Ingredients
1 package Stove Top stuffing (choose your favorite flavor; I like chicken, but herbed savory is also tasty!)
1 cup of boiling water
2 packages brown gravy mix (one for the inside and one for the top of the meatloaf)
1.5 pounds ground beef
1 cup ice water
2 big beaten eggs
How to Make Meatloaf on the Stove
Combine the stuffing mix and 1 cup of hot water in a medium mixing bowl.
Allow the filling to settle for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another medium mixing bowl, combine 1 packet brown gravy and 1 cup cold water.
Mix in the ground beef and egg (easiest with your hands, I know it’s gross).
Stir the stuffing mixture into the ground beef mixture after it has rested for 5 minutes.
Grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray before pressing the ground beef mixture into it.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the inside is no longer pink.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before inverting the pan onto a plate.
Serve the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and brown gravy in the center.
