Cabbage fritters: a delectable 10-minute dish
Ingredients:
400 grams cabbage salt
Dill and parsley
2 eggs
Sour cream or Greek yogurt (50 g)
50 g of flour
Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Finely chop the cabbage and combine it with the salt in a mixing dish.
- Next, combine the dill (or parsley), eggs, cream, and flour.
- Make a homogeneous batter and cook the pancakes in hot oil.
TIP: Serve warm with a salad. White cabbage, pointed cabbage, and Chinese cabbage can all be used.
