Stuffed peppers with chicken: a wonderful and simple recipe

Ingredients:
2 medium bell peppers
400g minced chicken 80g parmesan cheese 100g grated mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
100g old bread
seasoned with salt & pepper
Herbs (parsley, thyme, and oregano)
30 gram breadcrumbs
Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Clean the insides of the peppers by cutting them in half.
Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil to taste.
Soak stale bread in water for 30 minutes.
Combine the meat, eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs in a mixing bowl. Then, after pressing it, add the bread.
To use a fork, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
Stuff the peppers with this meat mixture.
Coat the chicken with olive oil, cheese, and breadcrumbs.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 200°.
