1 pound of spaghetti noodles
1 jar pasta sauce
1 pound ground beef
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8 oz. Softened cream cheese
8 oz. Cottage cheese ¼ C. The sour cream
½ C. melting butter
To taste, parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain thoroughly.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly browned. Remove any extra fat.
Combine the sauce and the ground meat.
Combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
In the bottom of a 913 baking dish, spread the butter.
Half of the noodles should be placed in the baking dish.
Cover the top of the noodles with the cheese mixture.
Place the remaining noodles in a second layer of the cheese mixture.
Over the noodles, pour the meat and sauce mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for another 15 minutes before serving.
