1 tin of Cheddar Mixture of cheese soups
12 oz whole milk or evaporated milk
12 cups of milk

How To Create

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Using a nonstick frying spray, coat a 913 baking dish.
Cook the onion and ground beef in a large skillet until the meat is done.
Cut the potatoes into 12″ pieces.
Fill the baking pan with one layer of potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread about a third of the meat mixture evenly over the potatoes. Sprinkle with a third of the shredded cheese. Repeat this process twice more in layers. The remaining cheese should be the last layer.
Add the Cheddar cheese soup mix, milk, evaporated milk, and optional salt and pepper in a mixing dish.

Pour the soup and meat mixture over the potatoes.
Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
In the oven for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese has a golden crust.

If the potatoes are thicker, bake the dish for a longer time.
