This heartbreaking tragedy claimed the lives of three brave firefighters and left another fighting for his own. Early on Monday morning, firefighters from Baltimore rushed to a derelict house on Stricker Street to extinguish a fire. Tragically, the building unexpectedly collapsed, trapping the firefighters inside. Despite the heroic efforts to rescue them, three firefighters lost their lives in this accident, while a fourth sustained critical injuries.
