50 g Parmesan
A pinch of black pepper
Crumbled bread
Extra virgin olive oil
350 g fresh bacon (thin slices)
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and lay them in a basin with boiling water and salt. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Combine the Parmesan, pepper, and breadcrumbs-
