1 18-ounce package of double chocolate quality brownie mix with chocolate chips
1 egg
A third of a cup of vegetable oil
14 cups of water
1 jar (7 oz.) jet-puffed marshmallow creme
A third to a half cup of sweetened flaked coconut
2 cups chocolate milk chips
1 cup peanut butter, chunky
3.5 cups Chocolate Krispies cereal
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325o. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish/pan lightly.
Mix brownie mix, egg, oil, and water in a medium mixing bowl until well combined.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared dish/pan.
35 to 45 minutes in the oven. Take your time.
Allow to cool completely.
When the brownies are cool, spread them with jet-puffed marshmallow cream.
Sprinkle coconut on top of the marshmallow creme.
Top Layer: Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until well combined and smooth, stopping every 1 minute to mix. Stir in the Cocoa Krispies cereal until it’s melted and smooth.
Spread equally on top of the marshmallow/coconut layer.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting into bars.
