The young girl, who was only 14 years old, had been the victim of human trafficking. Kidnapped just two months prior, she had endured unimaginable horrors. Sheila’s quick actions ensured her rescue and brought the trafficker to justice.

Working closely with the US Customs and Border Police, these attendants actively combat this heinous crime. Sheila’s encounter in 2011 led her to join forces with Airline Ambassadors, equipping her with the knowledge needed to identify similar situations in the future.
