Soft and chewy pudding and biscuits!

Ingredients:
MILK SUGAR 750ml 125g COCOA POWDER 125g COOKIES 25g JELLY 7g DARK CHOCOLATE

Instructions:

In a mixing basin, combine the milk, sugar, and agar-agar.

Whisk in the cocoa powder after sifting it in.

Pour the ingredients into a medium-sized pot.

Continue heating until the chocolate has melted and the liquid has thickened.

Fill a cake pan halfway with the chocolate mixture.

Place a layer of cookies on top.

Fill another ladle with the chocolate mixture.

Rep with the remaining cookie and chocolate mixture.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
