2 big potatoes are used in this recipe. 500g fresh parsley
Onions de printemps
Garlic powder, salt, and pepper

To make the sauce
Yogurt in its natural state 120g

seasoned with salt & pepper

Instructions
Grate and squeeze the potatoes thoroughly.
Add the parsley, chives, salt, pepper, garlic, eggs, starch, paprika, and coriander to a mixing bowl.
Form the pancakes and fry them in an oil-splattered pan.
Sauce: Combine yogurt, lemon, parsley, cucumber, salt, pepper, garlic, hot sauce, and oil in a mixing bowl.
Serve the pancakes with this delectable sauce on the side.
