6 eggs
Bread, sliced
Sliced ham Grated cheese Sliced cheese
Oil from vegetables
Make numerous tiny sandwich bread circles.
Grease a muffin pan with olive oil.
Fill each hole with a circle of bread.
Cut the cheese into small squares and place them on top of the toast.
Add a ham slice.
Mix in the grated cheese.
Fill each hole with an egg and bake for 8 minutes at 180°C/355°F.
Bake for 5 minutes more after adding extra grated cheese.
