STEAK WITH PEPPER IN THE CROCKPOT

Ingredients: 1 sliced red bell pepper

1 sliced green bell pepper

1 sliced white onion

1 tin chopped tomatoes

2 pounds sliced into strips sirloin steak

2 tsp minced garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

13 cup boiling water

1 beef bouillon cube

3 tbsp Sauce de Soja

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
STEP 1: Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
Cook the steak in the skillet until it is browned on both sides.

SECOND STEP: Dissolve the bouillon in boiling water and pour it into the slow cooker.
Combine the cornstarch, bouillon, and water in a mixing bowl.
