Ingredients:
16 oz (450g) cut, halved, and rinsed Brussels sprouts
3 tbsp olive oil (or softened butter)
1 tsp kosher salt, freshly cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
3 minced garlic cloves 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
Directions:
To make the roasted parmesan Brussels sprouts, preheat the oven to 400oF (200oC) and prepare a large baking sheet (lined with parchment paper if desired).
Place the Brussels sprouts in a large mixing basin and pat dry with paper towels. Combine the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Gently toss the Brussels sprouts to coat evenly.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in an equal layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the parmesan Brussels sprouts for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of your oven; the vegetables should be golden brown.
Transfer the roasted parmesan Brussels sprouts to a large serving bowl and, if like, top with fresh chopped parsley.
Enjoy!
