INGREDIENTS
1 cup soured cream
1 mayonnaise cup
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
14 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more as desired
4 cups thawed frozen peas
8 cooked and crumbled bacon slices
1/2 medium diced red onion
1 1/2 cups tiny cubed cheddar cheese
PREPARATION
In a large mixing bowl, add sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and salt.
Stir in the peas, bacon, onion, and cheese to coat in the dressing.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Before serving, top with extra crispy bacon if preferred. Enjoy!
