a quarter teaspoon of salt
Making My Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies
Preparation and Preheat Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.

Combine the Wet Ingredients Combine the natural peanut butter, granulated sugar substitute, large egg, and vanilla essence in a mixing dish. Mix until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture is smooth.

Mix together the dry ingredients To the wet mixture, add the baking soda and salt. Stir until the dry ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Form the Cookies Scoop out 1 tablespoon chunks of dough and form them into balls. Place the cookie dough balls, allowing some space between them, on the preheated baking sheet.

Make Cookie Marks Gently press down on each cookie dough ball with a fork to make a crisscross pattern on top. This also aids in gently flattening the cookies.

Perfection in Baking Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until they are faintly golden around the edges, in a preheated oven. Keep in mind that they will firm up further as they cool.

Keep it cool and have fun! Allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool fully. As the cookies cool, they will become slightly more stable.
