Ingredients:
800 grams potatoes
°2 eggs
100 grams cooked pork
100 g of cheese
°1/2 onion
°parsley
°salt
°Pepper
50g flour (12 cup)
°extra virgin olive oil
Methods:
Put the potatoes in a bowl and cut them up. Combine the eggs, cooked ham, cheese, onion, parsley, pepper, salt, and flour.
Pour the olive oil into the pan and begin flattening the mixture with a spoon.
Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
