Donuts with apples that have been pan-fried

5 pears
1 package vanilla sugar 300 g flour
Milk (25 cl)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt frying oil

Step 1 of Preparation:
