Crispy Ham Rolls: How to Make a Delicious Recipe!

Crispy ham rolls: how to prepare them! They are irresistible, crispy and tender! The best appetizer I’ve ever had.

Ingredients: 250g sliced ham, 150g sliced mozzarella
2 g (2 tsp) oregano dried
3 eggs
3g (1/2 teaspoon) salt
1 g (half a teaspoon) a pinch of black pepper
a dash of curry
100g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
40 g (1/3 cup) parmesan cheese, grated
160g (1 cup) flour
Cooking oil (vegetable)
Place two ham slices on top of each other.
Wrap the roll with a slice of mozzarella and oregano on top.
Continue with the rest of the ingredients. Freeze the rolls for 25 minutes in a freezer-safe packaging.
Set up the breading station: Whisk together 3 eggs, a touch of curry, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. On a separate plate, combine the breadcrumbs and grated parmesan. Place a cup of flour on a separate plate.
Coat each roll in flour, then in eggs, and finally with breadcrumbs. Repeat this step once more to make a double breading.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the rolls for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
