DOUGHING INGREDIENTS:
130g FLOUR SALT EGGS 2 250ml MILK FOR FILLING:
MILK BUTTER FLOUR
80g SALT PEPPER HAM CHEESE 40g

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, eggs, and milk using a whisk.

Step 1 Pour the batter into a pancake pan using a ladle.

Step 2: Bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.

Step 3
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour until well combined.

Step 4 Stir in the milk while heating until the sauce is thick and creamy.

Step 5 Turn off the heat in the pot. Stir in the ham and cheese using a spatula to mix all of the ingredients.

Step 6 Spread some stuffing on the pancakes and fold them up tightly. They can be fixed with a toothpick.

Step 7 Repeat with the remaining pancakes and filling.

Step 8 In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and brown the rolls on all sides.
