Ingredients
400g washed and dried mushrooms
14 cups softened cream cheese
12 cup grated parmesan cheese
12 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tsp freshly sliced garlic
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
12 teaspoon oregano
12 teaspoon salt
12 teaspoons black pepper
12 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
preparation
Cook the olive oil, butter, garlic, and mushrooms in a large 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the mushrooms are soft (approximately 5 minutes).
Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the cream cheese until melted.
Reduce heat and stir in the parmesan cream, Italian seasoning, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Simmer, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
Before serving, remove from the heat and sprinkle with parsley.
