Grandma’s apple pie – simply excellent  | 20.07.2023 Ingredients

Margarine (250 g)
250 g of sugar
5 egg(s)
1 vanilla sugar packet
350 g of flour
1 pound of baking powder
For the tray, 3 large apples or 4-5 smaller fats

preparation

Apples should be peeled and chopped into small pieces.

Incorporate the margarine. Mix in the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Sift in the flour and baking powder and stir to combine. Incorporate the apple bits into the batter.

Spread the mixture on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 200 – 220 degrees.
