STIR FRYING EGG ROLLS

1 12-pound lean ground meat (beef, sausage, chicken)

1 pound soy sauce

1 cup finely chopped onion

1 bag (about 16 ounces) coleslaw cabbage

12 cup carrots, shredded

2 teaspoon ginger paste

4 teaspoons minced garlic

2 tablespoons Sesame Oil

Green onion, freshly chopped

Instructions

VERY FIRST STEP:

Heat half of the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook until the meat is halfway done, crumbling it into small pieces in the skillet with the onion.

Second step: Add the shredded carrots halfway through.

Cook the cabbage in the skillet until it begins to soften.

Third step: Combine the soy sauce, ginger paste, minced garlic, and remaining sesame oil in a small bowl.

To blend, thoroughly combine

Fourth step: Pour the sauce over the items in the skillet and mix thoroughly.

Cook for 3 to 5 minutes more.

Fifth step: Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

When the stir-fried is done, season with extra soy sauce to taste.
