SAUSAGE WITH FRIED POTATOES, ONIONS, AND SMOKED POLISH

°1 pound Cajun smoke sausage °1 pound smoke turkey sausage °2 pound red potatoes °2 large onions, chopped into bits °1 tablespoon Cajun spice °12 teaspoon salt °1 teaspoon paprika °12 teaspoon black pepper instructions:
-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. -Cut the beef into 12 inch slices. -Cut the onion into wedges or bits.
-Add potatoes, onions, and meat in a mixing bowl. -Mix in the seasonings and olive oil.
-Place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes. -Garnish with parsley before serving.
