5 teaspoons salted butter with 2 tablespoons potatoes
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tbsp dried Italian herb combination
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, diced
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
5 petite steaks
pepper and salt
a pinch of garlic powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
5 pounds chopped baby potatoes

Directions:

To make Garlic Butter Steak with Potato Skillet:

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine the butter, garlic, and dry herbs in a small bowl—season both sides of the steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 2:

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 4 minutes on each side or until well browned. Place on a platter and put away.

Step 3:

Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sauté for 6 minutes or until browned. Move the potatoes to one side of the pan and the steaks to the other.

Step 4:

Cook for 21 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender and meat is cooked to your liking.

Step 5:

Put a dollop of garlic butter on each steak and the remaining potatoes immediately after removing from the oven and allow it to melt over the dish.

Then it’s time to serve.
