Ranch dressing made in minutes, with dairy-free choices! This homemade ranch dressing, made without sour cream or yogurt, is excellent for salads, chips, and more!

14 cups black pepper 1 1/2 cup parsley flakes
12 cup garlic salt
2 tablespoons Kosher salt
14 cup minced garlic
3/4 C Onion, Granulated
2 tablespoons dill Weed
2 quarts mayonnaise
2 quarts buttermilk
1 and 1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Ranch Dressing Making Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and store them in an airtight jar. Approximately 3 12 cup dry mix
  2. To make the dressing, combine 2 tablespoons of the mix with 2 cups each of mayonnaise and buttermilk. 1 ½ Cups sour cream, & 1 tsp Lemon Juice. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Makes 1 34-quart
