500 g ground beef is required.
2 large eggs.
2 tbsp bread crumbs.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
1/2 tsp garlic powder.
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
2 tiny chopped onions.
2 and ½ cups of beef broth.
2 tbsp flour.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
STEP 1: I mixed up ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, onion and garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, a half teaspoon of salt, and another half teaspoon of black pepper.
STEP 2: I created 8 balls and shaped them into steaks.
STEP 3: I cooked the patties and kept them warm in the oven.
STEP 4: In the same skillet, I sautéed onions with garlic powder and flour before gradually adding Worcestershire and broth. This combination was cooked for 7 minutes.
THE LAST STEP: I returned the patties to the pan and cooked them for another 10 minutes.
