Ingredients

            1 pound sliced Kielbasa sausage

            2 freshly minced garlic cloves

            1 tablespoon olive oil

12 cup celery, coarsely chopped 1 small yellow onion, diced

2 big peeled and sliced carrots

            4 cup chicken broth

1 12 pound chopped potatoes 12 cups shredded Parmesan cheese 2 cups milk

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup roughly chopped parsley

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

How to Make Kielbasa Potato Soup

VERY FIRST STEP:

In a large Dutch oven or Soup Kettle, heat the Olive Oil over medium-high heat.

After adding the cut sausage, cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

Place the sausage on the placard after removing it from the Dutch oven.

Second step: Cook for 2 minutes in the saucepan with the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery.

Add the potatoes and the chicken stock.

Bring to a boil, reduce to low-medium heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Third step: Return the Kielbasa to the saucepan, along with the milk, Parmesan cheese, and Cheddar cheese—season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for another 10 minutes over low, medium heat, stirring frequently, until the cheese has melted.
