Ingredients: 1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 1/2-inch thick pork loin chops
3 tsp. seasoned salt
2 teaspoons black pepper, ground
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 cup of water
Directions:
Rub both sides of the pork chop with 2 tablespoons of salt and pepper before cooking. Add oil, onions, and water to a big pan. Reduce the heat to low and cover for around 20 minutes.

Add the pork chop and cover when the water starts to evaporate. Allow them to cook until fork tender, turning them over once. They should be served on top of the onions as well.

This recipe can be served with your favorite veggies, such as cauliflower or flour rice. Cut them up and mix them in with anything else if you want to use them in something different.
