This No Bake Peanut Butter Haystacks recipe is one-of-a-kind, and you may only be able to picture how it tastes if you’ve had something like before. Butterscotch tortillas, peanut sauce, salted peanuts, and… chow mein noodles!

Butterscotch chips, 11 oz.
Crispy chow mein noodles, 5 oz.
1 cup smooth peanut butter
½ C. Peanuts that have been salted
No-Bake Peanut Butter Haystacks Recipe
Combine the peanut butter and butterscotch chips in a saucepan over medium low heat. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Pour the mixture over the chow mein noodles and peanuts in a large mixing bowl.
To blend, stir everything together.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Before serving, let the haystacks cool and stiffen.
