BEEF ROAST POT

Ingredients for a BEEF ROAST POT
Carrots in miniature
a single potato
3 tablespoons Creole seasoning
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp chips celery
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 quart of water
Beef Roast Pot Recipe
Cut the potatoes and carrots.

Season the roast beef and sauté it in a pan over the fire.

Pour in a cup of water.

Cover with tin foil and add extra Creole spices to taste.
Bake at 350°F for two and a half hours.

Remove the tin and stir in the carrots and potatoes.
Return to the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until done.
