PARMESAN GARLIC MUSHROOMS


Creamy garlic parmesan mushrooms are a quick and easy recipe full of flavor and texture. Whole white mushrooms combine well with butter, garlic, spices, cream, and grated parmesan cheese to create an outstanding meal you’ll want to make again and again. It’s an excellent side dish or appetizer.

Ingredients
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
8 minced garlic cloves
8 oz baby bella mushrooms, entire
1 pound heavy cream
2 tbsp. softened cream cheese
13 cups freshly grated parmesan
14 tsp onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, fresh parsley for garnish, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Several times, rinse and towel-dry the mushrooms.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and olive oil.
Cook for 5–7 minutes, or until the mushrooms are golden brown.
Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the sauce is thick and creamy with the cream cheese, parmesan,garlic, cream onion powder, and oregano.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
