I’ve been making meatloaf for years but have yet to think it was particularly memorable. This recipe is delicious! I invited my neighbors over for dinner (it produces a lot of meatloaf), and it was a big hit!

2 lb. seasoned ground beef
1 finely chopped little onion
2 large eggs 34 cup of milk
25 Ritz crackers, crumbled
½ C. Cheddar cheese, shredded
12 C. 12 C. ketchup 12 c. The brown sugar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Cracker Barrel Meatloaf Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a mixing dish, mix the ground beef, eggs, milk, cracker crumbs, onion,shredded cheese, and seasonings to taste.
Make a loaf from the mixture and set it in the center of a 913 baking dish.
Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a mixing bowl until well combined.
After 35 minutes, remove the ketchup mixture from the oven and sprinkle half over the top.
Return the meatloaf to the oven for 15 minutes more.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining ketchup mixture on the meatloaf.
Bake for another 10 minutes before serving.
