POTATO WRAPPED WITH BACON

Ingredients: 600 g potatoes

50 g Parmesan

A pinch of black pepper

Crumbled bread

Extra virgin olive oil

350 g fresh bacon (thin slices)

  1. Cut the potatoes into wedges and lay them in a basin with boiling water and salt. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine the Parmesan, pepper, and breadcrumbs-
  3. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper before rolling them in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Wrap the potatoes in bacon strips.
  5. Bake at 180°F for 40 minutes.
