Linda Thompson, Elvis Presley’s main girlfriend after Priscilla Presley, who supported The King in raising his daughter Lisa Marie Presley at Graceland, has conveyed her condolences on the death of Lisa Marie Presley. In addition, the 72-year-old shared more beautiful family photos of the three of them.
Elvis Presley began an affair with Linda Thompson, who was 22 at the time, after divorcing Priscilla Presley. The former Miss Tennessee model stayed at Graceland with King Elvis Presley for four years.
Lisa Marie Presley, the celebrity’s only kid, was living in Los Angeles with her mother, Priscilla, at the time. She did, however, visit her father and his companion in Memphis over the holidays. Lisa died unexpectedly on Thursday at the age of 54. Linda, her mother, shared her sorrow on Instagram.
Linda revealed a treasure trove of stunning photographs of herself with Elvis and his daughter dating back to the mid-1970s, after Lisa Marie’s heart attack and hospitalization. There’s also an adorable photo of her opening Christmas presents with the King at Graceland.
Elvis died yesterday night, according to her mother, Priscilla, and Elvis’ ex-girlfriend answered with another note.
After learning that her daughter Lisa Marie had died, Priscilla issued the following statement: “It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us.”
“She was the most zealous, most assertive, and loving woman I’d ever known. We humbly request privacy as we attempt to comprehend the enormity of this tragedy.”
In response to a photo of Elvis kissing Lisa’s head as a child, Linda simply replied, “My heart is too heavy for words…” and then added an emoji of a shattered heart and a face with tears running down its cheeks.
