Avengers fans pray for Hawkeye after learning that his actor, Jeremy Renner, was involved in a tragic accident.
According to CBS News, Renner is now in “serious but stable condition.” According to sources, Renner was hurt while snowplowing.
“We can confirm Jeremy is in critical but stable condition with injuries sustained while shoveling snow earlier today,” Renner’s representative Sam Mast said in a public statement.
Mast went on to state that the crash occurred in Reno, Nevada. “His family is there for him, and he is getting excellent care.”
The extent and specifics of his injuries were not immediately made public. Renner does, however, own property on Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe.
Significant snowstorms had recently reached that area. Renner shared a picture of his car buried by feet of snow in December.
Renner has not yet used social media to engage with his followers. We’re thinking of Jeremy Renner and hoping for a speedy recovery!
