People were surprised after seeing the image of the child posing in a park with her hands in front of her waist. The girl’s legs appear extremely long and slim at first glance, although this is an optical illusion.
Twitter users were baffled by the photo, but upon closer inspection, they noticed the girl was carrying a bag of popcorn that matched the patchy grass she was standing on.

Do you see what I mean? Everything makes sense now. She was apparently with her family at some sort of fair or event with grass parking, and that grass, as well as the location of her nice bag of popcorn, were in precisely the right area to blend in perfectly with the grass, creating the impression that she has very small legs.
