Following their divorce, fans started making assumptions about what went wrong between the TLC star and the BBW King. According to the U.S. Sun, fans thought that the couple wasn’t genuinely dating and that Phillip was taking advantage of her fame.
Her supporters encouraged her to focus more on her needs than her love relationships, so they were happy when she broke up with him.
The remarks made by the mother of Phillip’s children supported the claims that the link wasn’t real. She told TvShowsAce that the BBW King was the one who dumped Slaton, encouraging Phillip to “leave his family” for a TikTok relationship.
