Donald Trump Responds to Joe Biden Dropping out of 2024 Presidential Race

Guess what, folks? We’ve got some juicy political drama for you today! Just hours after President Joe Biden announced his grand exit from the 2024 race, former President Donald Trump didn’t miss a beat in reacting to the news on social media.

Ladies and gentlemen, buckle up because Trump, at 78 years young, didn’t hold back. In less than an hour of the announcement, he was on Truth Social blazing his thoughts for the world to see. He proclaimed, “Crooked Joe Biden was not fit to run for President, and is certainly not fit to serve – And never was! He only attained the position of President by lies, Fake News, and not leaving his Basement.”

Trump further added, “All those around him, including his Doctor and the Media, knew that he wasn’t capable of being President, and he wasn’t.” Oh, but he didn’t stop there. Trump concluded with his signature rallying cry: “We will suffer greatly because of his presidency, but we will remedy the damage he has done very quickly. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

What prompted Biden’s decision? The President, a sprightly 81-year-old, shared his reasons on X (formerly known as Twitter), deciding to place his focus solely on fulfilling his presidential duties. He also threw his weight behind Vice President Kamala Harris as the new Democratic nominee. Biden’s heartfelt message addressed to “My Fellow Americans” highlighted the accomplishments of his term, from strengthening the economy to historic investments in infrastructure, healthcare, and the environment.

He proclaimed, “Over the past three and a half years, we have made great progress as a Nation. Today, America has the strongest economy in the world. We’ve made historic investments in rebuilding our Nation, in lowering prescription drug costs for seniors, and in expanding affordable health care to a record number of Americans.” He continued to praise the American people for their resilience in overcoming the pandemic and the economic crisis, strengthening Democracy, and revitalizing alliances around the globe.

However, Biden revealed, “While it has been my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term.” Referring to his term as the
