During his speech at the Heritage Foundation meeting, President Trump emphasized his strong connection with Orbán. “There’s no one quite like Viktor Orbán,” Trump declared. “His leadership qualities are truly remarkable. He’s a decisive figure who clearly states how things will be, leaving no room for doubt.”
Trump continued, “He is highly regarded worldwide. We are delighted to have you as part of our team, Viktor.”
Reflecting on his visit, Orbán shared on X, “Advocating for families, addressing illegal migration, and defending the sovereignty of our nations,” underscoring the shared values that unite the conservative movements in Europe and the United States.
Throughout his presidency, Trump was noted for his efforts to foster peace and seek out solutions admired globally. His leadership created an environment conducive to positive international relations.
Melania has been actively supporting President Trump’s 2024 campaign, participating in events such as a naturalization ceremony where she shared her personal journey towards citizenship. She has also been a stabilizing presence in Trump’s life, encouraging family breakfasts with their son Barron and advising him to limit his cable news consumption.
Following the passing of her mother, Amalija Knavs, in early January, the family’s bond grew even stronger. President Trump praised Knavs for raising a wonderful daughter and being a devoted mother to Barron.
“She was an extraordinary woman, and her absence will be deeply felt,” Trump expressed.
