On the 2nd day of Christmas in 2015, a hospital in Székesfehérvár, Hungary witnessed the birth of a baby boy named Bence. This joyful occasion took an unexpected turn when Bence entered the world, astonishing not only his parents but also the medical professionals present. Baby Bence was born with a full head of hair, and it wasn’t just any ordinary hair—it was a striking shade of milk-white.
No one at the hospital had ever seen anything like it before, and the delivery room soon filled with laughter at this unexpectedly unique sight. Bence’s parents, Tamas and Klaudia, were overjoyed with the arrival of their happy and healthy baby, but doctors were perplexed and determined to find an explanation for this remarkable occurrence. They conducted a series of tests to rule out possible causes, including albinism, a genetic disorder that causes little to no pigmentation in the skin, hair, or eyes. Stress and anxiety during pregnancy were also considered but ultimately dismissed as the reasons behind Bence’s rare coloring.

Baby Bence’s father, Tamás, shared with a local newspaper that neither he nor his wife has white hair, although Tamás himself was blonde as a child. However, Bence’s hair is much brighter than his father’s ever was, to the point where his eyebrows and eyelashes blend in seamlessly.
