However, a shocking development has emerged as Pacino’s girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, is seeking to become the primary legal guardian of their three-month-old son, Roman. Roman, who was born on June 6 at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, is not only Al Pacino’s fourth child but also the first for Alfallah. Just six days after his birth, Alfallah and Pacino signed a voluntary declaration of parentage, acknowledging Pacino’s paternity.
The voluntary declaration of parentage is now part of the documents submitted by Alfallah in her custody filing. She is requesting full physical custody of Roman, with Pacino having “reasonable visitation” rights. This means that while the infant would primarily reside with Alfallah, Pacino will still be able to spend time with his child.
Despite the custody filing, Pacino’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, clarified that Pacino and Alfallah have not broken up. In fact, they have successfully worked together and reached agreements regarding their child. Rosenfield stated, “They are together.”
The reason behind Alfallah’s decision to file for primary custody is not known, as Pacino’s publicist redirected questions about it to Alfallah herself. However, Pacino expressed his joy on becoming a father again, stating, “It’s very special… I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time.”
