INGREDIENTS:Ladyfingers (200g)1l (4 cups) milk40g (2 tbsp) 50g sugar (3 tbsp) cornstarch100 grams pastry cream1 teaspoon cocoa powder2 tbsp ground coffee50 grams dark chocolatecacao powder

METHOD:

After a brief dip in the milk, transfer the cookies to the pan.
Combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, pudding, cocoa powder, and coffee in a mixing dish.
Cook over low heat until thickened, then stir in the chocolate and pour over the cookies.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving, then top with cocoa powder.
