“I’m Human Too!”- Trans Activist’s Outrage After Gynecologist REFUSED To See Them

A trans woman recently opened up about a distressing experience she had after a gynecologist refused to see her.

She expressed her frustration at being judged by the healthcare professional without even having a personal interaction, which left her feeling deeply upset.

This incident sparked a significant uproar as the trans woman is now seeking legal action against the doctor for the refusal of service.

Jessica Yaniv, a resident of Canada, took to Twitter to share her experience, expressing feelings of shock, confusion, and mistreatment.

“This behavior hurts deeply. How is it acceptable? I’m dealing with a medical issue, and having doctors respond this way is simply not okay,” she expressed.

At 32 years old, Jessica highlighted the challenges she faces even in getting referrals, and to have a gynecologist’s practice deny her an appointment for not treating trans patients was a cruel shock.

The situation spurred a debate online about the legality and ethics of such practices, with many condemning the action and questioning if it was standard procedure.

Jessica is now determined not just to file legal complaints but also to raise awareness about this issue, advocating that such behavior is clearly unacceptable.
