Flying on an airplane is one of the most convenient and fastest ways to travel. It’s incredible that you can get on a plane in one city and within hours, be stepping off the plane thousands of miles away.

Unfortunately, there are also times when flying on an airplane may not be the most convenient option. There are a variety of problems that could happen, including what recently happened to a mother on a Saudia Airlines flight.

That mother was in quite a predicament because she accidentally forgot her baby at the airport. The plane had to turn around and go back to the airport so they could pick up the child.

If you speak to most mothers, you will find that they have stories about leaving their children somewhere. They may not always admit it, but it is true.

This mother, however, took things to an even greater level. She left the baby in a boarding area of the airport and it wasn’t until after the plane took off that she realized the baby was missing.

Thankfully, they were able to turn around. The pilot spoke with air traffic control, saying: “May God be with us. Can we come back or what? This flight is requesting to come back… a passenger forgot her baby in the waiting area, the poor thing.”

The plane was able to turn around and head back to King Abdulaziz International Airport. The air traffic controllers conversation with the pilot was shared on a YouTube video and it has gone viral.

Thankfully, the plane was able to turn around and the mother was reunited with her child. I bet she won’t make that mistake again!
