A devastating plane crash on July 26 left the gospel music community in mourning. The Nelsons, a beloved southern gospel band from Atlanta, Georgia, lost three of their members in the accident. They were on their way to the Gaither Homecoming Cruise in Alaska when tragedy struck in Wyoming.

Autumn Nelon and her spouse, fortunately, were not on the plane and are returning home to be with their loved ones.
The National Transportation Safety Board is currently investigating the cause of the crash.
