Who says life isn’t full of surprises? Just ask Botched star Paul Nassif and his wife, Brittany Nassif, who are eagerly awaiting their second child together. This will be Paul’s fifth addition to the family roster, and oh boy, the excitement is palpable!
In a delightful video, Paul, at 62 years young, and his three sons—Gavin, 21, and the 18-year-old twins, Christian and Colin, from his previous marriage with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof—are seen twisting confetti cannons that burst open with blue. It’s a boy! The family erupts in joyous celebration. How’s that for a picture-perfect moment?
Of course, the comments section was ablaze with congratulations and well-wishes. Heather Dubrow of Real Housewives of Orange County couldn’t contain her excitement, typing, “Congratulations!” while her co-star Vicki Gunvalson chimed in with, “Omg, how exciting ! Flashback to June 2019: Paul popped the big question to Brittany. Four whirlwind months later, they exchanged vows in stunning Greece. As newlyweds often do, they began to think about expanding their family. Paul mentioned to Us Weekly, “Brittany and I do plan on expanding the family. I have three boys right now. Obviously, I would love a girl. But we’re going to see what happens naturally.” Spoiler alert: luck clearly has a blue streak!

Paul beamed on Instagram, “Our beautiful baby girl, Paulina Anne Nassif, was born yesterday, October 12th at 7:42 a.m. Paulina, meet everyone. Everyone, meet our new angel, Paulina. Mama and Paulina are both healthy and resting!” Could there be a prouder moment?
