Real estate agent Taylor Bredin from Ray White Quakers Hill acknowledges the family’s resilience, saying, “Most people sold out years ago, but these guys have held on. All credit to them.” Bredin explains that the property has the potential to be subdivided into 40 to 50 properties, each with a value of approximately one million dollars per 300 square meters.
Despite neighboring properties being built right up to their fence, the family has no plans to sell. They enjoy the unique charm of living in a cul-de-sac and cherish their memories of a time when the neighborhood was filled with farmland and quaint cottages.
Mom Diane Zammit, 50, reflects on the changing landscape, saying, “Every home was unique, and there was so much space…but not anymore. It’s just not the same.”
