The Search for Riley Strain

The search continues for missing Riley Strain

The search is still underway for Riley Strain, a 22-year-old University of Missouri student who went missing two weeks ago. Riley was last seen partying with his fraternity brothers in Nashville on March 8. However, he disappeared after being kicked out of a bar and hasn’t been heard from since.

Riley’s disappearance has sparked a massive search operation, with his mother, Michelle Whiteid, making a heart-wrenching public plea. Now, the mystery has deepened with the release of a confusing message from Riley’s phone on the night he vanished.

On March 8, Riley visited Luke Bryan’s bar, Luke’s 32 Bridge, in Nashville. He was escorted out of the bar at around 9:35 p.m. by the security team due to unspecified conduct violations. Surveillance footage captured him crossing the street at 9:47 p.m., and five minutes later, he was seen on another camera looking disoriented. This was the last known sighting of Riley.

The following day, Riley’s fraternity brothers reported him missing to the police, who launched an extensive search effort. Clues about his whereabouts are scarce, although his bank card was reportedly found near a river bank.

Riley’s family is devastated and desperate for answers. Speaking to People Magazine, his stepfather, Christopher Whiteid, expressed their anguish, saying, “It’s killing us because we don’t know what’s going on. We can’t find him.” Christopher issued a heartfelt message to his stepson, promising that they will not give up until they find him and that they will be by his side for future milestones.

The latest development in the case revolves around a cryptic message sent from Riley’s phone on the night he disappeared. The message, which simply read “Good lops,” was sent to a woman Riley was reportedly seeing. The recipient of the message and Riley’s loved ones are baffled by its meaning.

Luke Bryan, the country music star and owner of the bar from which Riley was escorted, expressed his support for the ongoing search effort. “Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones for his safe return,” he said.

We hope and pray that Riley Strain is found soon. Please leave a message of support to join us in sending a message of hope.
